Richa & MKC Moto – Connecting ERP and Omnichannel Systems

As part of a major IT transformation, Richa implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its new ERP system.


To make this project successful, the new ERP needed to integrate efficiently and reliably with the company’s diverse IT landscape — including e-commerce, warehouse management, product information, and logistics systems.


Historically, integrations had been developed as custom-built extensions, which were difficult to maintain and scale.
